Shipping –  Linen Today

We try our best to ensure the delivery of your products instantly once the payment has been made via your debit/credit cards or PayPal method. If the products are in stock, we will ship the order within 4-10 business days. But if the items are not in stock, we will dispatch the order within 21 working days. Remember that custom made products for example bedding and furniture goods are not readily available in stock and thus it might take up to 14 days to dispatch. But if you need something immediately, feel free to send us an email at sales@linentoday.uk quickly when the order is confirmed. We will try to speed up the delivery process.

If the product worth is from $10 to $99, then we will not charge shipment fee for your orders. We might ask for additional delivery fee for distant and remote areas such as NT and Tasmania if the cost of the product is very high. The Linen Today reserves the right to halt this offer at anytime or refuse any order to classify for the offer without any prior notice. We will allocate the shipment cost for bulky items depending on the size, weight, quantity and dimension of the product. The shipment cost is strictly non-refundable in case of change of mind returns.

When it comes to split consignment, it might include extra shipment fee. Feel free to contact us at sales@linentoday.uk for any assistance. We will not refund for lost, damaged or faulty goods. So if you deem your place is not safe, please let us know quickly after finalising your order and buy the insurance policy for extra $5 or suggest us the best way and exact time for shipment. You will not be entitled to Australia wide-free shipping fee on the purchase of bulky items like furniture, rugs and furniture. We will charge a flat shipment fee as following:

  • NSW: $18
  • ACT: $18
  • QLD & SA: $25
  • WA: $48
  • Tasmania: $60

Shipping Company

The Linen Today uses the best method of Australia post and the courier company to ensure the fastest, cheapest and comfortable shipping of our orders worldwide. We use the best Australia Post E-Parcel Service on the delivery of our orders. It requires a signature at the time of delivery. We might also use the best Australia Courier Company that does not require signature on the time of delivery.
