Linen Today Returns Policy
The Linen Today will offers Refund/Exchange on most bedding products and other items purchased from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, then you can return it to us for a refund, return or exchange. To know about it more, please review our Refund/Return Policy of product.
Change of Mind Returns
We give you the best choice to shop our valued goods and items at our website at a discount price. If you are not satisfied with your expected item, then you can change your mind to refund, return or exchange your product. But we will only receive the product for refund purpose which are unopened, unused and in their original packaging for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. In order to prevent from any problem or delay, feel free to contact us via email before refunding or returning your products. Any products returned to us without prior communication will not be considered.
Following are the terms and conditions of refunding/returning any products:-
- You must have your original Linen Today tax invoice in the event of refunding or returning your product.
- The product is in its original packaging condition.
- The item must be unopened, unused and in its original shape.
- Any labels, stickers and decals are still attached with the items.
- The items should be refundable or returnable (i.e. customized items etc).
- Shipping costs will not be refunded at all.
- Change of mind returns are supposed to have 10% restocking charges.
- There will be no change of mind returns on customized goods and bulky products for example furniture, rugs and strollers.
Damaged and Faulty Products
In the event of damaged and faulty items, it is necessary for you to contact with our sales department within 7 days of receiving the products. You may be asked to send us the images or pictures of the damaged or faulty goods for scrutiny by our product department.
A Return of Wrong Item Delivered
If you have received a wrong item from us, please contact with our sales department within 7 days of receiving the item. We will resend you the correct product at your door step in the earliest possible time. A return of wrong item will be definitely determined by the company without any delay.
How to Return a Product
You can return your product at our warehouse. You will need to have your tax invoice as this will be considered as a proof of your purchased item from us. The shipment fee will be non-refundable for change of mind returns. However, the products must be unopened, untouched and in original packaging condition with all labels attached.
- The items are damaged or faulty.
- The products do not match the sample or our description.
Returns on Wholesale Orders
Change of mind returns on wholesale orders will not be applied. However, only damaged or faulty products will be returned to the users by us.
