You can notify us within 5 days if your product reaches your destination damaged or faulty. Please send an email to our sales department. Our team will guide you on how to return the damaged or faulty items.
Q7. Have you received my returned items?
Once we will receive your returned goods, our staff will evaluate the quality of these returned items to ensure that they are unopened, unused and in their original packing. If so, then we will definitely refund your payment for the items after deducting the shipping fee. The company may charge 25% of the total money in case the item has been opened, used and is not in its original packaging. Also, the company may refuse to accept your returned items if these items are washed and are in very poor conditions.
